Richard S. Brenyah

Richard S. Brenyah is a lecturer in the Department of Management Studies, at Methodist University Ghana. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Management, University of Ghana. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Human Resource Management from Methodist University Ghana. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching at the basic and tertiary levels of education. He has taught in basic schools such as Adventist Preparatory School (Sunyani) and Queen of Peace Preparatory School (Sunyani), and tertiary institutions like Valley View University (Techiman), Kings University College (Accra), and University College of Entrepreneurship (Accra). He is a consultant and a resource person at the Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), formerly the National Board for Small-Scale Industries (NBSSI). He has a wide range of research in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. He lectures in Organisational Behaviour, Compensation Management, Labour Relations and Collective Bargaining, and Occupational Health and Safety Management. He is a member of the Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).
